Welcome New ETOX Students!

Congratulations on your admission to UC Davis and welcome to the Department of Environmental Toxicology, the first of its kind anywhere in the world! As an Environmental Toxicology (ETOX) major, you will be joining a program that has continued to be the world’s leader.

Now that you are a part of the ETOX major (and have completed Aggie 101 provided by the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences), you are ready to review the information on this web page. As you prepare for your first quarter at UC Davis, may it serve as a road map for you.

Start by reviewing the major requirements and the first quarter academic plan recommendations on the “Major Information” page (link below). Then proceed to “Advising” where you will learn how to make an appointment with your major advisor as a part of remote Aggie Advising. During your appointment you will be able to ask specific questions about academic planning. Explore the “Careers & Internships” page to learn more about the opportunities that will supplement classroom learning with real life experiences.
