Linked-In – UCD Environmental Toxicology Network

https://www.linkedin.com/groups/4417288/

This is an open networking space for the UC Davis Toxicology community.  Ideally, it is meant to be a platform to exchange professional advice, job/internship announcements, and career enhancing opportunities while allowing the UC Davis ETOX community to stay connected.

The ETX Linked-In group was created in 2012 by ETX alumni, Martha Diaz and Maggie Rodriguez, Class of 2009.  Martha received her Masters Degree in Ecotoxicology and Environmental Health at Duke University and is employed with BASF in North Carolina.  Maggie Rodriguez is employed with Marrone Bio Innovations in Davis, CA.

Job Search Strategies

From the April 30th presentation from A&ES Coordinator Luis Esparza of the UCD Internship and Career Center:
A specially tailored presentation and Q&A session to learn how to effectively find jobs in Environmental Toxicology. This is a great opportunity to brush up on your skills in searching for that next (or first!) job. This will be an excellent workshop for graduating seniors, but is open to all ETX majors.
