Research:

The environmental fate and risk assessment of organic contaminants, heavy metals and radionuclides. Emphasis on the application of analytical techniques to assess the bioavailability of contaminants and their in vivo disposition. Use of accelerator mass spectrometry to assess the fate of low-doses (i.e., environmental concentrations) of contaminants through the application of isotopic tracers.

  • Texas A&M University - Certificate in National Security Affairs - 2009
  • University of California, Davis - Chemical Ecology - 1983 Ph.D.
  • University of California, Davis - Chemical Ecology - 1980 M.S.
  • University of the Pacific - Biology - 1977 B.A.
